InstaCare is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) medical office. We provide affordable Family Medicine care for all ages.

We understand DPC may not be familiar to everyone. We are available to help answer any questions. The following video will help explain DPC.

No enrollment fee (however, re-enrollment fees may apply)

Cancel membership at any time: either patient or physician may terminate membership with written notice
THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE: We encourage patients to obtain health insurance, which may help with prescription medications, outside labs, specialty services/consults, radiology/imaging, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations
